Ingredients
- 1 jar of Pirro’s Marinara Sauce
- 1lb of fresh mussels
- 2 servings of Bucatini pasta
- ¼ cup of fresh chopped flat Italian parsley
- 2 cloves of chopped fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
How to make Mussels Marinara
- Heat olive oil and garlic in a sauté pan
- Add mussels and simmer for 2 minutes with lid on.
- Pour the jar of Pirro’s Marinara over the mussels and let simmer for about 4 minutes
- Serve over pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley
