Ingredients
- 16 oz penne pasta
- 1 Jar Pirro’s Pesto Pomodoro
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- Half of a small onion sliced
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- Olive oil
How to Make Veggie Pesto Pasta
- Sauté garlic and onion until soft
- Add mushrooms
- Add cooked penne pasta (Al dente)
- Add sauce, mix well
- Optional: add chicken to this dish
