Ingredients
- 1 jar of Pirro’s Vodka Sauce
- 1-pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 12 ounces rigatoni
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for garnish
- Fresh basil for garnish
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
How to Make Chicken Rigatoni
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a medium size skillet and place on medium high heat
- Add the ground chicken and red pepper flakes. Once fully cooked, remove and set aside
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Once cooked, drain the water from the pasta
- Add 1 jar of Pirro’s Vodka Sauce into a pan and place on medium high heat
- Once the sauce starts to bubble, toss in the ground chicken and pasta
- Serve right away, topped with basil and grated cheese (to taste)
